2. 社会学部３・４年生および大学院社会学研究科の必修ゼミナールの担当 3. 全学共通教育、社会学部、および大学院社会学研究科の選択科目の担当 ［全学共通教育］地域社会とスポーツ、スポーツと文化、教養ゼミナールなど ［学部・研究科］スポーツ社会学の基礎、スポーツの歴史、スポーツ政策論、国際スポーツ論、地域スポーツ論など 4. スポーツ実技科目（スポーツ方法ⅠおよびⅡ）および、実技を伴う演習科目（スポーツ演習）の担当 ※スポーツ方法Ⅰおよびスポーツ演習は社会学部選択必修科目です。 ※スポーツ演習は、実技と座学を組合せてスポーツ・身体文化の人文・社会科学的理解について総合的に学習する本学独自の科目です。シラバスが一般公開されていますので詳しくはそちらを参照ください。https://www.hit-u.ac.jp/kyomu/info/ct.html 5. 博士論文・修士論文・学士論文指導 6. 全学および研究科における各種委員会業務 1. Undertaking research in sociology of sport and related areas and publishing the results. 2. Teaching compulsory undergraduate (third and fourth grades) and postgraduate seminars. 3. Teaching elective subjects (at least one each from two categories listed below): [General Education] Community and Sport; Sport and Culture; Seminar (General Education). [Sociology of Sport] Basics of Sociology of Sport; History of Sport, Sport Policy; International Studies of Sport; Regional Studies of Sport. 4. Teaching subjects involving sports exercise (Sports Method I and II; Sports Seminar). * Sports Methods I and Sports Seminar are required elective subjects for undergraduate students in Social Sciences. * Sports Seminar is uniquely designed to enhance comprehensive study of sport and physical culture from the perspective of humanities and social sciences, incorporating the elements of sports exercise and classroom learning. The discretionary labor system for professional work will apply, with the employee considered to have worked 7 hours 45 minutes per day, 38 hours 45 minutes per week. Note: Applicants invited to an interview will be asked to deliver teaching demonstration of either “Sport Seminar” (classroom part only) or “Basics of Sociology of Sport” based on the syllabus designed according to the following instructions. 1. Three or less of the applicant’s major academic publications. Photocopies accepted. Each non-Japanese publication should be attached an English abstract of 300 words or less. 2. A short essay describing the applicant’s future research/career in Japanese [approximately 2,000 characters] or English [two page A4]. 3. A syllabus of “Sport Seminar” [105 minutes x 13 classes, undergraduate course with 20 students or fewer], which includes: course overview; aims and objectives; and specific content for each of thirteen classes] * The course should allocate an approximately equal amount of time to sports exercise and classroom work (e.g. lecture, seminar, reading etc.). * The exercise and classroom elements should be interrelated so as to enhance the understanding of the relationship between sport/physical culture and society. * The course should be designed in a way that students would not experience any disadvantage in terms of participation and/or evaluation, owing to their physical ability, previous sports experience, SOGI (sexual orientation and gender identity), nationality, etc. 4. A syllabus of “Basics of Sociology of Sport” [105 minutes x 13 classes, undergraduate lecture course for 2nd Grade and above], which includes: course overview; aims and objectives; and specific content for each of thirteen classes] 5. Originals or photocopies of Ph.D. degree certificate or other documents showing equivalent qualifications [Japanese or English]. | 選考方法 Selection | ⼀次審査（書類審査）のうえ、二次審査（2024年7月または8月を予定。面接・模擬講義等）を行います。模擬講義は日本語または英語での実施を選択できます。
書類選考合格者には、追って正式な面接日時等をお知らせします。 なお、面接のための旅費等は自己負担となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 日本国外在住などで面接のために来校が困難な場合は、二次審査をオンラインで実施することも可能（応募時に申請のこと） 採否の結果は、応募者すべてに通知いたします。 Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview which is due to be held in July or August 2024. The interview, which will include a teaching demonstration, may be conducted in Japanese or English. Travel expenses will not be covered. Online interviews can be arranged for applicants who would have difficulty attending in person due to e.g. living overseas. Applicants unable to attend in person should note this in their application. We will notify all candidates of the result of their application by email. |
