| 公募の概要 Content of job information | 社会学研究科において、政治学に関する研究・教育を担当する専任講師（任期付）を募集します。
【職務内容】 （１）研究 研究専念教員として、任期中は英文による国際的業績をあげること、国際的な研究者ネットワークを構築することに専念していただきます。 （２）担当科目 学部・大学院共修科目1科目を担当していただきます（英語での講義）。具体的な科目名は採用予定者の専門に応じて決定します。 （３）入試関連業務 Hitotsubashi University is one of Japan's leading research institutions, specializing in social sciences. The Graduate School of Social Sciences conducts advanced, interdisciplinary research and education across both the social sciences and humanities. We are recruiting a lecturer (non tenure-track) specializing in political science. Job content (1) Research As a research-focused faculty member, the selected candidate is expected to publish internationally recognized work in English and establish a global research network during the term. (2)Teaching The position involves teaching one course per year, open to both undergraduate and graduate students (to be taught in English). | 応募資格 Qualifications | (1)博士号（Ph.D.）取得者、または取得見込みの者（着任時までに博士号を取得する必要がある）。
(2)政治学を専門とすること（政治思想・政治史・比較政治・国際政治・日本政治・政治過程論・政治経済学・政治社会学・地域研究など、専門の内容及び方法は問わない）。 (3)英語で講義を担当できること。（日本語能力は問わない。） (1) Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree, or be close to completing one. The doctorate must be awarded before the successful candidate takes up the position. (2) Specialize in political science (the specific field and methodologies are flexible, covering areas such as political theory, political history, comparative politics, international relations, Japanese politics, political processes, political economy, political sociology, and area studies). (3) Be able to teach a lecture course in English. Japanese language proficiency is not required. |

本学の規定による。 ※国立大学法人一橋大学年俸制教育職員給与規則 https://www1.g-reiki.net/hit-u/reiki_honbun/u457RG00000190.html 【勤務時間及び勤務日】 専門業務型裁量労働制を適用する （8：30～17：15を基本とする１日７時間45分／週38時間45分相当）。週５日（月～金曜日）勤務。 【休日】 土曜日及び日曜日、祝日、12月29日～１月３日、その他学長が指定した日 【社会保険等】 健康保険、厚生年金保険、労災保険、雇用保険、通勤交通費支給 【その他】 本学に職員宿舎はありませんが、連携大学等の職員宿舎を使用できる場合があります。 Salary Salary is calculated according to the University's rules, which are published here (in Japanese): https://www1.g-reiki.net/hit-u/reiki_honbun/u457RG00000190.html Working Hours 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). A discretionary labor system for professional work will apply, with the employee considered to have worked 7 hours 45 minutes per day, 38 hours 45 minutes per week. Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, 29 December to 3 January, other days as specified by the University President. Benefits Employees' health insurance, employees' pension insurance, worker's accident insurance, employment insurance, transportation expenses Housing Although Hitotsubashi University does not have staff housing, it may be possible to use staff housing at partner universities. |

| 選考方法 Selection | 一次審査（書類審査）のうえ、オンラインで二次審査（面接、2025年9月を予定）を行います。
一次審査合格者には、追って面接日時等をお知らせします。 採否の結果は、応募者すべてにメールにて通知いたします。 Candidates who pass the initial screening (document review) will be interviewed online in September 2025. We will notify all candidates of the result of their application by email. |
